Software Associate

As a skilled ServiceNow Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform at Peoplefy. With a strong understanding of CMDB and core ITSM modules, your role will focus on ensuring smooth operations, scalability, and continuous improvement of the platform. Key Responsibilities: - Administer, configure, and support core ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB. - Maintain and enhance CMDB data quality to ensure accuracy and completeness of configuration items. - Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts for process automation and optimization. - Monitor platform health and performance, proactively resolving technical issues. - Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow modules and features following best practices. - Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance processes and user experience. - Support system integrations with Active Directory and monitoring tools. - Build reports and dashboards for improved visibility and decision-making. Required Skills & Experience: - 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, support, and development. - Strong experience with ServiceNow CMDB and its components. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira Service Management. - Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting/configuration. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator) are preferred.
