Software Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Software Associate. The Software Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications, conducting research to improve existing systems, and collaborating with team members to implement new technologies. Daily tasks include analyzing user requirements, designing and coding software solutions, and ensuring that applications meet performance and quality standards. Effective communication and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.

• Research skills for identifying and integrating new technologies
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in software development lifecycle methodologies
• Familiarity with agile development practices is a plus
