We are seeking a passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training programs that enhance students' soft skills, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: 

- Design and develop comprehensive training modules focused on soft skills development.

- Conduct live training sessions and workshops through online platforms, ensuring high levels of engagement and interaction.

- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.

- Customize training content based on the unique needs of different student groups.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and incorporate them into the curriculum.

- Collaborate with UrbanPro's team to enhance the training offerings and contribute to the platform's growth.

- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and student performance.

Qualifications: 

- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or similar role.

- Strong understanding of various soft skills, including communication, leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.

- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual learning environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in using online training tools and platforms.

- Relevant certifications or qualifications in training, human resources, or a related field are a plus.
