Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer Location: Speed Up Infotech,Deccan, Pune Job Type: Full-Time About Us: Speed Up Infotech is a leading IT training and placement institute focused on delivering industry-relevant skills in domains like Java, Python, Data Science, MERN Stack, Cloud, and more. Along with technical expertise, we believe soft skills are essential for a student’s professional success, especially in interviews and workplace environments. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Conduct regular soft skill training sessions for students, including communication, body language, email etiquette, group discussions, resume building, interview skills, and time management. • Design customized training content based on student backgrounds and placement needs. • Prepare students for HR interview rounds through mock interviews, role plays, and interactive sessions. • Collaborate with technical trainers and the placement team to ensure overall student development. • Provide one-on-one grooming sessions for students with specific improvement areas. • Evaluate and monitor student progress and share timely feedback. ⸻ Requirements: • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proven experience as a soft skills/corporate trainer (Minimum 1 year preferred). • Strong understanding of the current job market and interview expectations. • Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse educational backgrounds. • Bachelor’s degree in any stream (HR, Psychology, English, or related fields preferred). ⸻ Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of the IT industry or technical hiring process. • Creative, empathetic, and energetic approach to teaching. • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred but not mandatory). ⸻ Salary: Negotiable based on experience
