Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer located in Pune. The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on various soft skills, life skills, and communication skills, Resume Building etc. The role involves developing and delivering engaging presentations, creating training materials, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications

Presentation Skills and Communication skills
Training & Development, and Soft Skills expertise
Experience in Life Skills training
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to adapt training methods to suit diverse groups of learners
Bachelor's or Master degree in Education, Psychology, Management or related field
Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory
Being a Team Leader you will also be responsible for work allocation and monitoring the work
