We design and deliver transformative learning programs for students, professionals, and organizations, helping bridge the gap between education and employability. Role Overview: We are seeking passionate and experienced Trainers / Facilitators to conduct engaging sessions on Employability Skills for students and early-career professionals. The trainer will be responsible for delivering interactive workshops that enhance learners’ job readiness and equip them with essential professional competencies. Key Responsibilities: -Facilitate training sessions on employability and soft skills, such as: -Communication skills (verbal & written) -Behavioral skills -Presentation & interpersonal skills -Resume writing & interview preparation -Time management and workplace etiquette -Problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability -Deliver both in-person and virtual sessions as per program design. -Customize content and examples according to participant background and industry. -Conduct assessments and provide feedback to participants for continuous improvement. -Coordinate with the program team to track attendance, feedback, and learning outcomes. -Contribute to the development or refinement of training materials and case activities as needed. Qualifications & Experience: -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (Management, HR, Psychology, Engineering, and any other social sciences preferred). -Minimum 3 years of experience in training, teaching, or mentoring roles. -Strong facilitation and communication skills; ability to engage large and diverse groups. -Experience in employability, life skills, or corporate training programs is highly desirable. -Proficiency with online platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.).
