Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

• Follow predefined session plans while delivering training to the youth.
• Focus on the development of communication skills, soft skills, and other employability skills as per the curriculum.

Skill Development

• Help learners build skills and knowledge across the specified subjects, ensuring they are ready to face employment challenges.
• Guide learners to confidently face interviews and communicate effectively in professional environments.

Assessments and Monitoring

• Conduct assessments during training to gauge learner progress.
• Continuously monitor and support learners to ensure their growth in various skills.

Data Management

• Maintain accurate records and data related to training sessions and participant progress.
• Keep track of key metrics and learner achievements for program evaluation.

Center Activities Participation

• Engage in activities such as organizing parent meetings, retention follow-ups, and collecting feedback from learners to improve training quality.
• Collaborate with other staff members to support the overall success of the center.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• Previous experience in teaching or training, particularly in soft skills, employability, or personality development.
• Experience working with youth, especially in the context of skill development for employment.

Skills

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Expertise in teaching soft skills, leadership skills, public speaking, and spoken English.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and engage participants effectively.
• Proficiency in digital literacy training and knowledge of tools for training and assessment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain training records and data.

Education

• Any graduate (UG).
• Postgraduate education is preferred but not mandatory.
