Trainer Profile – Soft Skills Trainer for Customer Attendants Training (IOCL/HPCL/BPCL)

Position: Customer Attendant trainer for IOCL/HPCL/BPCL
Age Range: 25 – 50 years
Location of Work: Solapur, (extensive travel required)

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and experienced trainers to deliver impactful behavioral and sales-oriented training for Customer Service Attendants (CSAs) at retail outlets of IndianOil, HPCL, and BPCL. The role involves equipping attendants with essential soft skills, promoting premium product sales, and reinforcing workplace safety practices in line with oil industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions for CSAs at petrol pumps across North East India & Odisha.
• Deliver modules on behavioral soft skills, customer service excellence, sales promotion, and safety measures.
• Use effective training techniques, including PowerPoint presentations, group discussions, and role plays, to ensure learning transfer.
• Ensure training is delivered in local language(s) with complete fluency (read, write, speak).
• Monitor performance of every CSA & Retail outlet to ensure measurable improvement in CSA performance & behavioural transformation
• Travel extensively to cover multiple retail outlet locations as scheduled.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• 3 – 5 years’ experience as a trainer, preferably in IOCL/HPCL/BPCL or other oil & energy sector organizations.
• Proven expertise in soft skills development, sales promotion techniques, and safety awareness training.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of local language(s) of the North East region (essential).
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and training applications.
• Ability to connect with participants and drive behavioral change.
• High energy, adaptability, and willingness to travel extensively.

Remuneration

Attractive compensation package based on experience and suitability. Final remuneration will be decided after screening and evaluation.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,894.65 per month
