We are currently executing a prestigious training assignment with Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), conducting training for Customer Attendants (CAs) across the Eastern Zone.
Eligibility Criteria
Age: 20 to 50 years
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as a trainer in IOCL / HPCL / BPCL or related sectors (Oil, Automobile, Retail)
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Strong facilitation and communication skillsProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPointFluency in local language (Read, Write, Speak) for the assigned stateWillingness to travel extensively
