Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive

  Soft Skill Training sessions

  for BPO employees.
• Perform

  Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

  to design effective learning paths tailored to specific skill gaps.
• Create and deliver structured

  Training Modules

  covering essential soft skills relevant to the BPO environment, such as communication, customer handling, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• Monitor and improve

  Throughput

  by tracking trainee performance and refining training methodologies.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to trainees to foster continuous improvement.
• Assess training effectiveness through various metrics and adjust programs as needed.

Skills Required

• Proven experience in conducting soft skills training, preferably within a BPO or call center environment.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with TNI and TNA methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive and impactful training modules.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to motivate and engage adult learners.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to track and analyze training performance data.
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet evolving training needs.
