Soft Skills Trainer – Job Description

Location: Nayagarh, Odisha
Salary: 10,000 to 20,000/month (based on experience and qualifications)
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging training sessions on communication, interpersonal skills, time management, and leadership.
Design and deliver customized soft skills modules for students or professionals.
Assess participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with academic or corporate teams to align training with organizational goals.
Maintain training records and prepare reports.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline (preferably in HR, Psychology, or Education).
Certification in soft skills or communication training is a plus.
Strong command of English and local language.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Prior experience in training or teaching preferred.
