Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and energetic trainer with expertise in Soft Skills, Verbal Ability, and Interview Preparation to enhance learner confidence and employability. The trainer should be able to deliver interactive and impactful sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sessions on Soft Skills: communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, and workplace etiquette.
• Train learners in Verbal Ability: grammar, vocabulary building, comprehension, and verbal reasoning.
• Deliver Interview Preparation modules: resume review, mock interviews, GD training, and personal branding.
• Develop and update training materials, practice exercises, and assessments.
• Evaluate learner progress and provide individualized feedback.
• Create an engaging learning environment and ensure measurable skill improvement.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of training experience in Soft Skills, Verbal Ability, or Communication Training.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Experience conducting mock interviews and placement preparation sessions.
• Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students from diverse backgrounds.
