Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skill Trainer located in Mumbai. The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing and enhancing training materials, and delivering comprehensive training programs. The Trainer will focus on improving participants' presentation skills, communication abilities, and life skills, promoting overall professional growth.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Presentation Skills and Communication
Experience in Training & Development and Life Skills
Expertise in facilitating Soft Skills training sessions
Strong interpersonal and mentorship abilities
Ability to design and implement engaging training programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Previous experience in a training role is a plus
