As a Soft Skill Trainer, you play a vital role in shaping the futures of students by designing and delivering engaging workshops and training sessions on various topics, including but not limited to: - Effective communication (verbal and written) - Presentation skills - Active listening and teamwork - Conflict resolution and negotiation - Personal branding and professional development - Building confidence and resilience You will create and maintain comprehensive training materials customized to the needs of diverse student populations and academic disciplines. Additionally, you will facilitate interactive learning experiences to foster participation, collaboration, and skill development. Moreover, you will provide individual coaching and feedback to assist students in identifying their strengths and areas for improvement. It is essential to keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and development. Collaborating with faculty and staff to incorporate soft skills development into the academic curriculum and co-curricular activities is also a key responsibility. Furthermore, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and offering data-driven recommendations for enhancement will be part of your role.
