Job Description

Sodexo is currently hiring for a Technical Lead role in Mumbai and Bangalore, focused on comprehensive facility operations management.

We are looking for a candidate who can join within 1 month

Role Overview: Technical Lead, Facility Operations

Core Responsibilities

End-to-End Facility Operations
:

Oversee all aspects of technical maintenance across multiple facilities.
Ensure seamless functioning of critical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.

Preventive Maintenance
:

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Minimise equipment downtime and reduce the risk of sudden failures.

Vendor & Compliance Management
:

Manage third-party vendors and service providers.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, security protocols, and sustainability standards.

Operational Oversight

Lead daily technical operations.

Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues.

Additional Focus Areas

Sustainability initiatives across facilities.

Workplace safety and security enhancements.

Regulatory compliance and documentation.
