Responsibilities:
✅ Serve as the primary point of contact for members and caregivers
✅ Assist caregivers in accessing support services, therapy sessions, and information.
✅ Coordinate daily centre operations, scheduling, and member appointments.
✅ Maintain and update patient and administrative records.
✅ Support program planning, workshops, and community engagement activities.
✅ Conduct outreach initiatives to connect with new members and partners.Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) from a recognised institution.
✅ 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, community development, or NGO settings preferred.
✅ Superior communication and documentation skills
✅ Mandatory language fluency: Tamil, English
✅ Based in Chennai (for applicants outside of Chennai, kindly do not expect a response)
