Role Overview We’re hiring a Creative Content & Vibe Intern — someone with raw creativity, a sense of visual storytelling, and an ear for trends. You’ll be a part of content creation not just for our clients but also our internal brand, playing a key role in how we show up online. This is a full-time, in-office role (with WFH Saturdays) designed for someone looking to grow their creative career from the ground up. Responsibilities Ideate, script, and create short-form content (Reels, Vlogs, Stories, BTS) for both internal and client-facing brands. Capture day-to-day moments, team culture, and client work to create compelling digital stories. Must be comfortable being in front of the camera — participating in and contributing to video content when needed. Collaborate with designers and marketers to align content with brand objectives. Research trends, hashtags, memes, and hooks relevant to ongoing campaigns. Assist in mood-board creation and shoot planning for marketing purposes. Post and schedule content on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as needed. Be proactive with suggestions, take feedback with grace, and stay accountable to timelines. Qualifications Fresher to 6 months of experience in content creation, media, or design. A strong portfolio of personal or freelance work (can include Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, etc.). Basic working knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Good communication skills — visual, verbal, and written. Understanding of aesthetics, social media trends, and storytelling for digital platforms. Ownership mindset — reliable, enthusiastic, and not afraid to try new ideas. Must have a laptop and other creative tools/apps needed to perform the role. Performance Structure & Growth No Probation Period – We're invested from Day 1. 6-Month Lock-in Period – Required to ensure serious commitment and avoid short-term exploitation of company resources. Performance-Based Pay Only – Hikes are earned based on tangible results and design impact. 25% Increase in Performance-Based Pay – After completion of the 6-month lock-in period. 10% Annual Increase in Fixed Salary – Post completion of every year with satisfactory performance.
