Job Description

We’re looking for a Social Media Team Leader who can take charge of multiple brand accounts and lead our dynamic social media team. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage both people and projects efficiently.


Responsibilities


  • Lead and mentor the social media team (executives & interns) to ensure timely, high-quality output.
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
  • Review captions, creatives, and reels before client sharing.
  • Communicate directly with clients for feedback, approvals, and performance discussions.
  • Monitor analytics, suggest improvements, and stay updated on trends.
  • Coordinate with the design and performance teams to align content goals.


Requirements:


  • 2–4 years of hands-on social media experience.
  • Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
