Job Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the social media team. Coordinate tasks among content creators, designers, and video editors. Develop and implement action plans for client projects. Provide guidance, support, and training to team members. Lead strategy development and ideation for managed accounts. Understand client requirements and create comprehensive content plans. Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and generate innovative ideas. Prepare and review creative briefs and flowcharts. Supervise content creation across social media, websites, emails, and blogs. Conduct final quality checks on all deliverables. Review and approve event plans and shooting schedules. Ensure all visuals and videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards. Job Requirements Proven experience in social media management (Meta/LinkedIn/Instagram/TikTok) Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
