Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager with strong experience in paid marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing social media campaigns, optimizing paid ads, and driving ROI across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular analysis, insights, and recommendations.
• Create engaging content in collaboration with the creative team.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage the social media calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management and paid advertising.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other advertising tools.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, budgeting, and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Based in Gujarat or willing to relocate (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,673.50 - ₹40,000.00 per month
