About the Job Role:
As a Social Media Strategist at GrowthSchool, you will be the driving force behind our social media presence and content strategy across various digital platforms.
You will specifically be responsible for managing and growing the social media presence of Vaibhav Sisinty (Founder of GrowthSchool) and Outskill (the worlds first AI learning platform with an aim to educate 100M professionals with AI).
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to create, manage, and optimize our social media content ecosystem. You will be responsible for the end-to-end social media workflow, from trend identification and content creation to performance tracking and data management across both personal and brand accounts.
This role requires extensive use of AI tools
for content discovery, script writing, and performance analysis. Youll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand voice and maximum engagement across all social platforms while maintaining the unique voice and positioning of both Vaibhavs personal brand and Outskills mission.

Key Responsibilities:
AI-Powered Topic Research:
Scrape trending AI topics daily using AI tools, monitor competitor strategies, and social media trends
Script Development & Content Creation:
Transform selected topics into video scripts and social copy using AI writing tools, and collaborate with video production teams
Social Media Data Management:
Track performance data for all posted content across platforms, maintain detailed records in spreadsheets and databases
Content Pipeline Management:
Monitor content flow pipeline, keep records of underperforming content that needs optimization, and conduct A/B testing
Content Bank Management:
Build and maintain organized content libraries with scripts, templates, and assets for both Vaibhavs and Outskills accounts
Multi-Platform Strategy:
Execute social media strategies for Vaibhav Sisintys personal brand and Outskill across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
Automated Content Distribution:
Implement AI-driven workflows for scheduling and distributing content, and maintain content calendars
Growth Experimentation:
Execute data-driven growth experiments, provide optimization insights, and adapt strategies based on performance analytics
Brand Collaboration Management:
Communicate with brand collaborations for Vaibhavs page to get their exact expectations, craft scripts according to brand guidelines and finalize the script
Team & Brand Sync:
Sync with the team to convey brand collaboration guidelines transparently, sync with the brand collaborations for edited video approval
Skills & Competencies:
1-2 years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing with a proven track record
Advanced proficiency in AI tools and their applications in content creation, research, analytics, and automation
Expert-level copywriting and script development skills with the ability to write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for multiple brand voices
Deep understanding of all major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
Strong analytical skills with experience in social media analytics, data interpretation, and spreadsheet management
Ability to generate innovative content ideas and translate them into captivating scripts and social media copy
Strategic thinking with the ability to manage distinct brand identities for personal and company accounts
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously across different platforms
Quick learner who can adapt to a rapidly changing social media landscape and emerging AI technologies
