Social Media Strategist

As a Social Media Associate at Brand Talk, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital voice of our clients across various platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive social media campaigns that amplify brand messaging, engage audiences, and drive tangible business outcomes. By collaborating closely with internal teams and clients, you will ensure that social media efforts are in line with overall PR and marketing objectives. Your key responsibilities will include supporting campaign execution by assisting brand managers in implementing social media strategies, content creation and scheduling to ensure engaging content that aligns with client brand guidelines, monitoring brand mentions and social media trends, preparing accurate performance reports, providing prompt client support, actively seeking opportunities to improve social media marketing skills, collaborating with other departments for cohesive efforts, and ensuring quality assurance by conducting thorough checks on all content and reports. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in social media management. You should have a proven track record of creating and managing successful social media campaigns, a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, expertise in analytics tools, excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, strong organizational abilities, and leadership skills to inspire team collaboration and growth. Preferred skills for this role include experience with influencer marketing, knowledge of SEO and its impact on social media, previous experience in a public relations or agency environment, and advanced knowledge of design tools.
