Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Social Media Specialist who has a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and drive performance across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee social media accounts for multiple brands (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan, create, and execute content calendars and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to produce engaging and on-brand content.
• Monitor social media activity, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies to enhance content performance.
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) under set budgets.
• Track key performance metrics, generate reports, and derive actionable insights.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
• Stay up to date with evolving social media trends and algorithm updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing social media for brands or agencies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media strategy.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
