Social Media Specialist

As a Graphic Designer at our school, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging banners, pamphlets, and promotional materials for various school events and initiatives. Your role will involve coordinating and executing photo and video shoots to capture high-quality images that will be used in our promotional materials. You will also play a key role in managing and curating content for our school's social media platforms to enhance our online presence. This will require you to collaborate with different departments to understand their design needs and create cohesive visual elements that reflect our brand identity. To excel in this role, you should stay updated on the latest editing tools, design trends, and techniques to ensure that our school's materials are modern and appealing. Additionally, maintaining a consistent brand identity across all visual communications will be a core part of your responsibilities. We welcome freshers who have a passion for design and creativity. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus. Experience in photography and videography, including photo/video editing skills, will be advantageous. A strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to apply them consistently is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams are also key requirements for this role. You should have strong time management skills to handle multiple design projects simultaneously, coupled with creative thinking and a keen eye for detail. The position is full-time with a day shift schedule. A bachelor's degree is required, and experience in social media marketing for at least 1 year is preferred.
