Social Media Specialist

About the Role:We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of Panchgavya Group across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, an understanding of branding, and the ability to drive engagement that supports admissions, products, and awareness campaigns. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Manage official accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs). Monitor analytics, track performance, and prepare monthly reports. Run and optimize paid ad campaigns when required. Coordinate with design and content teams for creative campaigns. Respond to messages, comments, and queries in a timely and professional manner. Stay updated with trends and apply them creatively to campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of platforms, analytics tools, and paid advertising. Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, video editing, or similar tools preferred. Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Hindi. Creativity, consistency, and ability to work independently.
