Role Objective: The Office Administrator will be responsible for the overall coordination and execution of administrative operations at the Seva Kendra. This includes managing patient data, consultations, communication, record-keeping, inventory coordination, and reporting, with a focus on maintaining high-quality service and operational discipline. Key Responsibilities: Patient Consultation Coordination Manage daily online and offline consultation flow. Follow up on registration forms, reports, and feedback submissions. Track patient status across the consultation lifecycle. Scheduling & Communication Schedule appointments with Gavyasiddh experts and the Founder. Send confirmation messages, consultation reminders, and updates. Maintain clarity and compassion in all communications with patients. Administrative Management Maintain accurate records using Excel and centralized trackers. Handle daily updates, follow-up flags, and data entry with discipline. Ensure proper documentation of consultation notes, prescriptions, and patient records. Inventory and Dispatch Coordination Collaborate with the Gavyahaat logistics team for medicine order fulfillment. Monitor product dispatch, delivery status, and stock availability. Reporting and Documentation Submit daily and weekly reports to management. Ensure backup of patient records, prescriptions, invoices, and feedback logs. Support audits and case documentation as required. Interdepartmental Liaison Coordinate with accounts, logistics, course administration, and the founder's office. Manage internal workflows between online, offline, and medical teams. Required Qualifications and Skills: Graduate in any stream (Ayurveda/Natural Health/Science background preferred). Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp Web. Strong organizational and communication skills.
