About Us: Panchgavya Group is a national movement dedicated to reviving traditional Indian health, education, and wellness sciences through Panchgavya-based products and courses. We run Panchgavya Vidyapeetham for education and Gavyahaat India Pvt. Ltd. for swadeshi health products and wellness solutions. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing & Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads and converting sales for our online/offline courses and natural health products . The role involves both field and digital sales, with a strong focus on result-oriented performance. Key Responsibilities: Sales (Education & Products) Promote Panchgavya Vidyapeetham’s diploma and certificate courses online and offline Drive product sales for Gavyahaat India (Gomutra, ghritam, herbal products, etc.) Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets (admissions + product orders) Engage with customers through WhatsApp, phone, in-person meetings, and exhibitions Maintain customer relationships for repeat business Marketing & Lead Generation Execute digital campaigns (social media, WhatsApp groups, email, etc.) Represent the brand in field events, wellness expos, seminars, stalls, etc. Create awareness about Panchgavya-based living and traditional health systems Collect and manage leads using CRM or internal systems Reporting & Coordination Submit weekly sales reports and lead conversion metrics Coordinate with admissions, dispatch, and customer service teams Provide feedback on product demand, customer preferences, and pricing Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales/marketing (FMCG, wellness, or education preferred) Good communication skills in Hindi & English Basic digital marketing or social media skills a plus Self-motivated, result-driven, and disciplined Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 1 month Pay: From ₹10,403.49 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Compensation Package: Commission pay Schedule: Morning shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9043435447 Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
