Ltd., a leading Edtech company, is looking for a Social Media Manager who can creatively manage our digital presence and actively engage students through impactful content. This role requires a mix of content creation, ad management, and strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage all social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc. Create and publish engaging reels/videos & posts daily to attract and retain students. Plan and execute ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to generate quality leads for our courses and services. Monitor performance metrics, track growth, and prepare weekly reports. Drive organic growth through innovative strategies and community engagement. Coordinate with design and academic teams to deliver impactful content. Required Skills Proven experience in Social Media Management. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads. Lead Generation through digital campaigns. Creativity in content creation with an innovative mindset. Hands-on experience in Video Editing & Graphic Designing (Canva/Photoshop/Premiere Pro, etc.). Ability to analyze insights and optimize campaigns. What We Offer Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & skills). Performance-Based Incentives for achieving targets.
