Selection Model & IP

1. Apply with portfolio links.
2. Short-listed applicants get the 72-hour brief.

3. Submitting the assessment assigns all IP rights to Alatree Ventures and its client.

4. Score

   ≥ 80 % (assessment done by client)

5. Shortlisted for interview

6. Pass Interview - 4-month renewable contract at INR 15 000/month

   → no further action or compensation.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years in social, SEO, or growth roles.
• Proficiency with at least one toolset (Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, GA4, ScreamingFrog, etc.).
• Proven ability to ship usable assets within 48–72 hours.
• Strong written English and a sharp eye for on-brand visuals.
