Social Media & PR Manager

Position Summary

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and driven Social Media & PR Manager who will act as the face of the organization across digital and media platforms. This individual will be responsible for planning, designing, managing, and executing social media content and communications, while coordinating with external agencies and the internal team to ensure consistent and impactful brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and manage the organization’s online presence (social media, website, blogs, email).

Plan and create visually appealing and engaging content using tools like Canva.

Maintain a structured content calendar and release posts with proper approvals.

Coordinate with external PR, creative, and advertising agencies.

Manage basic updates and edits on the company’s WordPress-based website.

Curate updates, project data, and impact stories from internal teams for public sharing.

Draft and publish press releases, newsletters, internal announcements, and external communications.

Prepare monthly reports on digital engagement, reach, and content performance.

Support occasional offline PR events or campaigns (limited travel may be required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,719.22 - ₹37,013.01 per month
