Optimize content and posting strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) Assist in developing and scheduling engaging, brand-aligned posts Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth Research current trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to enhance visibility Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and community management Support campaign planning, influencer outreach, and brand collaborations Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to align visuals and messaging Requirements: Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field Strong understanding of major social media platforms and how each platform can be optimised Good communication and copywriting skills Attention to detail, creativity, and eagerness to learn Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
