Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Trainee who has hands-on experience with Canva and a passion for creating high-quality content. The trainee will support our social media team in designing posts, growing engagement, and managing daily activities across Facebook and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics, reels, stories, and posts using Canva

• Assist in planning and executing the monthly social media calendar

• Write captions, hashtags, and content aligned with DivineKlub’s brand tone

• Publish and schedule posts on Facebook and Instagram

• Engage with the community through comments, replies, and DMs

• Monitor page analytics and report performance insights

• Research trends, devotional themes, and competitor content

• Support campaign ideas, festival posts, and brand announcements

• Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics and messaging

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva (designing posts, reels, thumbnails, templates)

• Good understanding of Facebook and Instagram content formats

• Strong writing and storytelling skills

• Creative thinking and ability to adapt to trends

• Basic understanding of social media analytics

• Ability to work in a fast paced, detail oriented environment

• Passion for spiritual content and devotional themes is a plus

Preferred Experience

• Prior internship or project experience in social media

• Experience creating short form video content

• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, or similar
