We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Executive Trainee with strong multitasking abilities, experience in managing YouTube live sessions, and a solid understanding of SEO. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute meaningfully to student engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity while engaging with current and prospective students.
• Monitor platform insights and adapt content strategies based on analytics.

YouTube Management & Live Setup

• Set up and manage live sessions for YouTube events, webinars, and online interactions.
• Optimize video content using YouTube SEO techniques to enhance visibility and subscriber growth.

SEO & Content Optimization

• Assist in implementing foundational SEO strategies to improve discoverability of both website and video content.
• Support content planning, including keyword research and integration across platforms.

Office Data Analytics & Documentation

• Manage documentation, data entry, and analytics related to client records.
• Coordinate with clients to meet data and reporting needs.
• Support counseling and admissions teams with up-to-date and accurate data.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation

• Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Propose and experiment with innovative strategies to increase online engagement and conversions.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and counseling teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Participate in planning sessions, brainstorming meetings, and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Exposure to digital marketing or social media through academic or project-based experience.
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Experience with YouTube live sessions and basic video SEO practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Malayalam and English.
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop (preferred).
• Well-organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• A keen interest in the education sector and a passion for helping students succeed.
