Job Description

We are hiring for one of our Multinational client for the role of Social Media Marketing Specialist (Paid + Organic) based out at Bangalore. PFB the details:

Role: Social Media Marketing Specialist (Paid + Organic)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan & Execute Campaigns
Manage end-to-end organic and paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, aligned to business objectives (awareness, engagement, lead generation).
Content Management
Develop, schedule, and optimize engaging posts, creatives, and ad copies tailored for each platform.
Paid Media Optimization
Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPL, and ROAS; manage budgets and bidding strategies.
Community Engagement
– Track and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions to build brand presence.
Analytics & Reporting
– Measure performance via platform dashboards (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Sprinklr) and analytics tools; prepare insights-driven reports.
A/B Testing & Experimentation
– Test creatives, audiences, and formats to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
Stay Ahead of Trends
– Keep up with new features, algorithm changes, and best practices across LinkedIn and Meta to refine strategy.
Good to have skills
: exposure to TalkWalker, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Adobe Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
