**Role Description**  

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Faridabad. The specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness and engagement. Daily responsibilities include creating content for various social media platforms, monitoring social media channels, engaging with the audience, analyzing performance metrics, and working with the marketing team to ensure social media strategies align with overall marketing goals.

**Qualifications**  

- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and storytelling.  

- Creative skills with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Figma.  

- Understanding of Indian social media culture and trends.  

- A hustler mindset—eager to experiment, learn from failures, and iterate quickly.  

- Bonus: Prior experience with reels or college fest marketing.  

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
