Social Media Marketing

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience to manage and grow our digital presence. The role involves planning, creating, and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Manage day-to-day social media activities including posts, stories, reels, comments, and DMs.
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize content and campaigns.
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign planning and execution.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when required.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
• Experience with social media ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
• Good content sense with basic knowledge of design tools like Canva (or similar).
• Strong communication skills and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

• Mangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
