Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content calendars for multiple brands
• Shoot and edit Reels on the phone; must be hands-on and comfortable on-ground
• Be in front of the camera when needed
• Ideate viral content formats, trendspot, and adapt them for brand needs
• Communicate actively with clients and internal teams
• Work across 5+ different industries at the same time
• Grow into an

  Account Manager

  role with leadership opportunities

You should have:

• Graduate degree
• Minimum 1 year of proven work experience in social media (portfolio required)
• Strong phone-editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Instagram, etc.)
• A sharp eye for trends, audio, aesthetics, and hooks
• The ability to multi-task without dropping quality
• Comfort in front of the camera and on-ground shooting
• Exceptional communication and ownership mentality
• Based in or near Navi Mumbai (must visit office at least twice a week)
