Salary Range: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Executive to manage our brand’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have strong video and photo editing skills, an understanding of what makes content go viral, and the ability to deliver engaging posts tailored to each platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, shorts, stories) on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Edit videos and photos professionally for use across all social platforms.
• Research trends and generate content ideas designed to go viral and increase reach.
• Write clear, engaging captions and copy tailored to each platform’s audience.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule to grow followers and engagement.
• Monitor page insights/analytics to evaluate content performance and adjust strategy.
• Engage with followers through comments and messages to build a strong online community.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product shoots, campaigns, and promotions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in video editing and photo editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Demonstrated ability to create content that is catchy, shareable, and aligned with platform trends.
• Good understanding of how Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms work.
• Strong sense of design, storytelling, and audience psychology.
• Basic copywriting skills for creating impactful captions and headlines.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects at once.
• Prior experience managing social media pages for a brand or personal projects is a plus.
