What You Will Do

• Shoot and edit daily content (Reels + Static Posts + Value-Driven Carousels).
• Plan and publish

  high-quality posts

  regularly across all social media channels.
• Manage and execute

  influencer collaborations.

• Build and follow a monthly content calendar + shoot plan.
• Manage posting, stories, engagement and DMs.
• Maintain Sadhna's premium brand aesthetic and tone.
• Track trends and consistently ideate new content angles.

Who You Are

• 0.5–2 years of experience in social media or content creation.
• Can shoot well on phone/camera and edit independently.
• Understands Instagram trends, hooks and storytelling.
• Comfortable coordinating with influencers and creators.
• Consistent, creative, organised and proactive.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced brand environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in D2C / lifestyle / pooja / wellness category.
• Basic knowledge of Edits App / Canva.
• A strong personal interest in content creation & brand storytelling.
