Job Description

1. Create High-CTR Performance Creatives

  • Design

    Meta/Google/Amazon ad creatives

    focused on CTR & conversion
  • Build multiple variations: hooks, sticker-style elements, bold typography, comparison layouts
  • Design for different goals: acquisition, retargeting, awareness, UGC frames, and offer creatives

2. Adobe Suite Expertise

Strong skills in:

  • Adobe Photoshop

    (primary)
  • Adobe Illustrator

    (icons, vectors, infographics)
  • Adobe Lightroom

    (product clean-up & enhancement)

Bonus skills:

  • Figma (landing sections, UI/UX tweaks)
  • After Effects (motion graphics for animated ads)

3. Fast Execution + High Output

  • Ability to create

    8–20 variations daily

    depending on complexity
  • Revisions should be fast, clean, and structured
  • Work under tight deadlines with consistent quality
  • Maintain organized PSD files, layers, component libraries

4. Creative Problem-Solving

  • Turn average product shots into

    premium high-quality visuals

  • Add shadows, highlights, mockups, compositions, and retouching
  • Create premium luxury visuals for Sadhna + bold aesthetic visuals for Smart Gym Science
  • Convert founder’s ideas quickly into polished ad creatives

5. Ad Psychology + Marketing Understanding

  • Know what attracts clicks (colors, contrasts, fonts, layout)
  • Understanding of target audiences (Indian TG)
  • Ability to design for scroll-stopping first 1 second
  • Translate marketing angles into visual storylines

6. Collaborative Workflow

  • Work daily with performance marketing team
  • Take structured feedback & produce quick turnaround versions
  • Maintain creative logs, asset libraries, and versioning

Skills Required

  • Mastery of

    Photoshop & Illustrator

  • Strong understanding of

    typography, color theory, layout, contrast

  • Ability to create

    bold Indian-first ad styles

  • Fast retouching + product enhancement skills
  • Experience with D2C ad creatives preferred

Performance Expectations

  • 50–100 creatives/week depending on tasks
  • First draft delivery within

    6–12 hours

  • Revisions within

    2–4 hours

  • Maintain 90%+ accuracy to brand style
  • Produce creatives that consistently improve

    CTR, CPC, ROAS
