Our community is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who can help us build meaningful connections with women across India. Build Femure's organic content roadmap across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & blog. 2. Create content pillars around female healing, homeopathy, holistic wellness, stories, and expert advice. 3. Plan & execute weekly content calendar with clear hooks, formats, and engagement goals. B. Social Media Execution 1. Write, edit & publish posts (text, reels, carousels, stories, blogs) with brand tone consistency. 2. Collaborate with design/video team for visual execution. 3. Engage actively reply to comments, DM interactions, and build relationships with followers. C. Community Building 1. Identify and engage with creators, micro-influencers, and wellness communities aligned with Femure. 2. Spark meaningful conversations through comments, reposts, and collaborations. 3. Track engagement and audience sentiment weekly. D. Performance & Growth 1. Monitor post engagement, reach, follower growth, saves, shares, etc. 2. Experiment with content formats (reels, testimonials, expert videos, etc.) and track what works. 3. Create small virality experiments to grow awareness organically. E. Brand Storytelling 1. Bring Femure's purpose and stories of healing to life through real people's journeys. 2. Work closely with doctors/nutritionists to translate their insights into engaging public content. 3. Help shape the voice of Femure across all touchpoints. Qualifications 1. Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Psychology, or any creative field. 2. 2–3 years of experience in content, marketing, or community building. 3. Internship experience in D2C, health, wellness, or social media is preferred but not mandatory
