Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Design and publish visually compelling posts, reels, carousels, and stories.
• Own and grow the visual identity of our social media presence.
• Come up with fresh content ideas, campaign concepts, and post series.
• Write smart, concise captions aligned with platform tone.
• Collaborate with founder/marketing on product/brand storytelling.
• Track and analyze basic post performance to refine content.
• Stay ahead of design, workplace, and content trends to keep the brand current.

Who You Are

• A strong sense of design and aesthetics (can use Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation.
• Can independently own the full process—from ideation to publishing.
• Good taste in fonts, layouts, and photo treatment.
• Passionate about storytelling, creativity, and branding.
• Excellent written communication and captioning skills.
• Bonus: Experience working with home/lifestyle/architecture/furniture brands.
