Key Responsibilities Build and execute content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Design and publish visually compelling posts, reels, carousels, and stories. Own and grow the visual identity of our social media presence. Come up with fresh content ideas, campaign concepts, and post series. Write smart, concise captions aligned with platform tone. Collaborate with founder/marketing on product/brand storytelling. Track and analyze basic post performance to refine content. Stay ahead of design, workplace, and content trends to keep the brand current. Who You Are A strong sense of design and aesthetics (can use Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.). Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation. Can independently own the full process—from ideation to publishing. Good taste in fonts, layouts, and photo treatment. Passionate about storytelling, creativity, and branding. Excellent written communication and captioning skills. Bonus: Experience working with home/lifestyle/architecture/furniture brands.
