What You Will Do

1. Content Creation

• Create engaging Reels, posts, stories, and viral-style content
• Use Bollywood, Hollywood, and Netflix references to make content fun, relatable, and intelligent
• Write sharp, humorous, emotional, or thought-provoking captions
• Experiment with hooks, scripts, transitions, edits, and formats

2. Trendspotting & Research

• Stay updated with pop culture, trending audio, internet moments, and film references
• Track psychological insights, mental health conversations, and behaviour patterns
• Convert insights into content ideas people want to save, share, and DM to friends

3. Community Building

• Reply to comments with personality
• Engage with audience responses, stories, and reactions
• Build a community that feels understood, supported, and entertained
• Make the audience feel like they’re part of a fun, emotionally aware world

4. Brand Storytelling

• Craft a voice that is a mix of:

• relatable + clever + warm + emotionally grounded

• Convert everyday moments into scroll-stopping narratives
• Build a strong identity that people recognise instantly

• Lives on Instagram, YouTube, Netflix, Reddit, and pop culture pages
• Can talk about Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Fleabag, Darlings, Oppenheimer, and Gilmore Girls in the same breath
• Understands emotions, people, patterns, and psychology
• Thinks independently and loves experimenting
• Has original ideas (even weird ones — especially weird ones)
• Writes well and expresses themselves clearly
• Has an aesthetic eye and knows how to make things visually appealing
• Doesn’t wait for instructions — creates magic proactively
