Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Manager with 6+ years of experience in managing social media strategies for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands across the US and Indian markets . The ideal candidate will lead our social media team, drive brand growth, and deliver measurable results through innovative campaigns, data-driven insights, and cross-market expertise. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies tailored for D2C audiences in the US and India. Lead and mentor a team of content creators, designers, and analysts to achieve business objectives. Manage and create multi-platform presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest). Oversee paid advertising campaigns including targeting, budgeting, and ROI optimization. Drive community engagement and build strong online brand communities. Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility. Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to stay ahead. Handle crisis management and online reputation control . Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, CAC, ROI) and deliver actionable insights. Align social media efforts with sales, PR, HR, and customer support teams for integrated campaigns. Hands-on experience with social media tools, analytics platforms, and ad managers . Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
