Social Media Marketing Internship in Mumbai

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Work on Bare Wear’s social media accounts and support day-to-day content execution.
• Create monthly mood boards and social media content calendars. Scout, coordinate, and manage influencers and creators aligned with women’s beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
• Handle end-to-end influencer coordination, including sending outreach emails and follow-ups, closing commercials, coordinating with agencies, sourcing outfits and products for creators, sharing and coordinating scripts, reviewing and approving scripts internally, and managing timelines and content delivery dates.
• Research and source content ideas and references from platforms like Pinterest and Facebook Ads Library.
• Work closely with the design team to learn and create content specifically for ads.
• Actively participate in brainstorming, ideation sessions, and content research.
• Assist with content ideation and reel scripting for social media and ads.
• Identify and track social media trends across platforms.
• Create basic creatives using Canva for posts, stories, and internal references. Edit short-form videos for social media platforms.
• Assist in shooting content when required and support the Brand Manager during shoots.
• Coordinate product sourcing and dispatch for creators with internal teams.
  

• Work closely with the marketing and social media teams on ongoing campaigns.
