Social Media Marketing Intern

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute 

  engaging content

   (reels, posts, stories, BTS, and campaigns) across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Research 

  global fashion trends in women’s power dressing

   and adapt them for Aleia’s brand voice.
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and suggest ways to grow 

  reach and engagement

  .
• Coordinate 

  UGC and micro-influencer collaborations

   to build brand credibility.
• Assist in planning 

  monthly content calendars

   and marketing campaigns.

• Strong passion for 

  fashion, luxury, and lifestyle

  , with a 

  global outlook

  .
• Creative thinker who understands 

  aesthetics, storytelling, and brand positioning

  .
• Basic knowledge of 

  social media tools

   (Instagram, Canva, scheduling tools, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a 

  premium brand voice

  .
• Prior experience in social media or fashion-related projects is a plus, but not mandatory.
