Role Overview

We’re looking for a scroll-stopping, idea-bursting intern who lives and breathes Reels, trends, and transitions. If you're the kind of person who says “let’s shoot that” every time an idea hits you, this is your playground. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create content that’s edgy, fresh, and made for Gen Z beauty junkies

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate and shoot trending Reels, transitions, hacks, meme-style posts, and tutorial content.
• Write captions, hooks, and content that are witty, relatable, and aligned with the brand voice.
• Stay updated with viral trends on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok (global).
• Assist in UGC-style content shoots, both behind and in front of the camera.
• Collaborate with the brand team to maintain visual and tonal consistency across platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, influencer content, and brand-led moments.

What We’re Looking For

• Passionate about beauty, haircare, fashion, or lifestyle content.

• Familiar with tools like Instagram, Canva, CapCut, InShot, Lightroom, and Pinterest.
• 
  
• Strong aesthetic sensibility for detail, tone, and trend spotting.
• 
  
• Confident to shoot, direct, or even model content when needed.
• 
  
• Self-starter with creative energy and the ability to execute ideas independently.
• 
  
• Bonus if you already run your own content page or have portfolio samples.
