Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Intern. The role is located on-site in Delhi, India. The intern will assist in HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling various aspects of personnel management. The intern will also work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth daily HR operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience or education in Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous internship experience in Human Resources is a plus
