Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager based in Nagpur. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns. This includes creating and curating content, optimizing social media profiles, tracking performance metrics, engaging with the audience, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective content strategies. Additionally, the role involves staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.

REQUIREMENTS:

Passion for social media and digital marketing
Creativity with Canva
AI tools knowledge or willingness to learn.
Strong communication and copywriting skills
Ability to spot and research trending topics
Experience preferred, freshers are welcome

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create & post engaging content (posts/reels/stories)
Capture & edit live videos for campaigns
Manage content calendar & posting schedule
Research trends & contribute creative campaign ideas
Engage with audience (comments, DMs, community)
Coordinate with agencies for reels & campaign content
Assist in paid ads, GMB & Meta Business Suite
Track performance & prepare basic reports
